Role in the project:
Tesan is working, as Sub-contractor of the Regione Veneto, on the "User Involvement and Quality Assurance" of SILC project.
The main objective is to ensure that the project maintains a strong co-operation with users and user representatives over the entire runtime of the project. The second objective is ensuring internal Quality Assurance.
Activities:
- In depth analysis of the abilities, the needs and the preferences of the target group.
- Review of intermediate project results by users, user representatives and service providers thus influencing the course of the project and the design of the product.
- Supporting the verification and user-validation process by training the test users and service providers and by collecting and documenting test results.
- Permanent quality assurance of the project, especially when milestones are reached and decisions have to be taken, based on the criteria and procedures defined in the Quality Assurance Plan.
